Who is Dr. Carl Balita
Dr. Carl Balita is a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, Registered Professional Teacher, with Master of Arts in Nursing and Doctor in Humanities. He has academically completed his second doctorate degree, this time in Education. From his Alma mater University of Santo Tomas, Carl already exemplified superb leadership and eventually evolved to be one of the excellent - rated faculty members of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, where he thought for six years before he become the Dean of Dominican College, which both paved the way to his career as a reviewer.

A. PROFILE OF THE COMPANY
Dr Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) is an off-shoot of the review experience of its founder who started in the review industry in 1993 while he was faculty of the graduate school and college of nursing of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Dr Carl Balita’s fifteen (15) years of review experience, six (6) years of university academic experience, and five (5) years of Deanship were perceived sufficient credibility to evolve a review center in 2004, which is now branded as Dr Carl Balita Review Center.
